Cookie and local-storage policy

1. What we use

Cookies are small browser records. We do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie data. The site also uses localStorage for a theme preference; localStorage is not a cookie.

2. Necessary cookies

• NEXT_LOCALE remembers your selected language for approximately one year.
• review_capability protects private file-review resources and is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and normally valid for up to 7 days.
• worklex_kb_admin is restricted to the internal administrator area and is not used for ordinary visitors.
• Cloudflare may set security or diagnostic cookies required for anti-abuse and delivery; names and periods are controlled by its service policy.

3. Theme preference

The theme control stores light/dark preference in localStorage. It does not contain chat, contract, or service-email content and can be reset by clearing site data.

4. Controls

You can block or delete cookies in browser settings or use a private window. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent language selection, review authorization, or administrator login from working. We currently do not depend on non-essential analytics or advertising cookies.

5. Third-party technology

Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers may use technical identifiers on their own domains or systems. Their processing is governed by their policies.
