Privacy policy
This policy explains how LexData 360 handles information from site visits, consultations, chat, and contract review.
Last updated: 23 August 2026
1. Scope
This policy covers lexdata360.com, localized pages, chat and legal-library features, consultation forms, and contract-review workflows. Third-party sites and providers have their own policies.
2. Information we may process
- Access and security data such as IP address, time, browser/device, language, errors, and infrastructure security logs.
- Consultation data that you submit, including topic, description, contact details, and follow-up messages.
- Chat inputs, language, and jurisdiction context used to generate a response, prevent abuse, and diagnose faults; we do not provide a permanent user-facing chat archive.
- Files, extracted text, review results, and decisions that you voluntarily submit to a private review workflow.
- Emails and materials sent to service@lexdata360.com.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use information to provide and secure the service, respond to requests, run an explicitly requested review, prevent abuse, maintain operations, meet legal obligations, and improve the service where permitted. Depending on the context, the basis may be performance of a requested service, legitimate interests, consent, or a legal obligation.
4. AI, OCR, and infrastructure providers
Information may be sent to configured model, OCR, storage, database, queue, notification, and Cloudflare infrastructure providers when needed to deliver the requested function. International transfers may occur; applicable safeguards are used where required. Redact sensitive material before upload when possible.
5. Retention
- Chat: no permanent user-facing transcript; limited operational logs may follow infrastructure retention periods.
- Consultation: processed to respond and arrange contact; an external notification channel may retain the message under its own rules.
- Contract review: originals, extracted text, and exports are private and normally retained for up to 7 days, then deleted through the review-retention process.
- Emails and rights requests: kept as needed to respond, meet legal duties, or resolve disputes.
6. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent, and complain to your data-protection authority. Send a request to service@lexdata360.com; we may verify identity and respond within the applicable period.
7. Security and children
We use encryption in transit, private storage, access controls, short-lived capability tokens, and minimized logs. No internet system is completely secure. Do not submit passwords, private keys, or unnecessary sensitive identifiers.
The service is not directed at children. Contact us if you believe a child’s information was submitted improperly.
8. Updates
We may update this policy for service, legal, or security changes. The page will show the effective date and material changes will be highlighted where required.
