Terms of service

1. Service scope

LexData 360 provides employment-compliance information, source navigation, AI question intake, document-review workflows, and consultation requests. Coverage, providers, and availability may change.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must have capacity to enter a binding agreement, and organizational users confirm their authority. You are responsible for accurate information, credential security, and actions taken through your account.

3. Lawful use

• Do not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, discriminatory, harassing, privacy-invasive, or infringing activity.
• Do not upload malware, unauthorized third-party material, unnecessary sensitive data, or trade secrets.
• Do not bypass access controls, probe vulnerabilities, scrape at scale, mirror, resell, or disrupt the service.
• Do not present AI output as a lawyer’s advice, an official decision, or a verified fact.

4. Content, files, and output

You retain rights in uploaded content and authorize us to store, parse, transmit, and process it only as needed to provide the requested service. You must have the right to submit it.

Site and AI output is assistance, not a guarantee of completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or suitability. Verify primary sources and obtain professional review before acting.

5. Consultations and fees

A consultation form is an initial request and does not itself create a lawyer-client relationship, advisory engagement, or outcome promise. Scope, fees, confidentiality, deliverables, and cancellation terms are confirmed separately.

6. Availability, suspension, and termination

We use reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for security, maintenance, legal compliance, abuse investigation, or unpaid agreed fees, with reasonable notice where required.

7. Disclaimers and limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without guarantees. We are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general information, third-party services, network failure, inaccurate inputs, or failure to seek professional review. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

8. Updates and contact
